The new album "Disciples" is finished and features 14 new songs for electric double bass. The basic idea for 2 of the tracks were originally conceived at Schwelle 7 and at last years Xplore Festival.
You will be able to purchase the new album as a HQ digital download at the concert for €15 directly from Andy both before and after the concert.

The Danish musician and composer Andy Benz has been involved with schwelle7 from its beginnings, both as an artist and as a friend.
Our first encounter goes back to 2007 (and again 2010) when Andy - in collaboration with Pipaluk Supernova - directed the workshop „Find Your Inner Rockstar“ which was tremendous fun and where I learned how to write pop songs. During 2011 and 2012, together with Christine Borch, we formed the trio „Chastity“ and played many concerts in Berlin and Copenhagen. Andy also produced our album „Stains and Splatter“ in his studio at Christiania. In 2014 he played double bass, vocals and electronics at the anniversary weekend „7 years schwelle 7“ and this year he reproduced this successful collaboration with Kay Karl and Jürgen Grözinger in the „Silent Space“ at the „xplore festival 2015“.
His music, both live and recorded, has accompanied, enriched and inspired many events here. His album „Flowing in Circles“ is often creating a warm and sensual soundscape for play parties and sessions and I often use it during my workshops. I am very happy and proud that he decided to release his new album here at schwelle7 and I look forward to enjoy his new music with you…!
