Wir - Nicola und Matthias - organisieren ein BDSM WINTER RETREAT in einem wunderschönen Landhaus im polnischen Riesengebirge.

Jagniatkow ist ein kleiner Ort im Riesengebirge der Gebirgskette die die polnisch-tschechische Grenze bildet. Es befindet sich auf ca. 600 Meter Höhe, unterhalb der Schneekoppe (1509m), etwa 20 km südlich von Jelena Gora, Polen und 60 km süd-östlich von Görlitz, Deutschland.
 Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um 13 Tage lang mit sympathischen, intelligenten, spielerischen und zeitweise etwas bizarren Menschen zu entspannen, zu plaudern, nachzudenken, auszuschlafen, spazieren zu gehen, aber auch zu lernen, zu forschen und zu experimentieren. Es gibt eventuell täglich Seminare zu Tanz, BDSM und Yoga, vor allem aber viel Zeit und Raum um zu Spielen und um Neues auszuprobieren. Die Atmosphäre ist der Jahreszeit entsprechend entspannt und familiär.

Sex und Kreativität. Kreativität und Sex.

Kreativität und Sex haben viele Gemeinsamkeiten. Zu allererst sind beide Spiel und Wagnis. Sie verfolgen keine Absicht, sie dienen keinem Zweck, außer der Lust an der sinnlichen Unternehmung. Sie können, aber sie müssen nicht produktiv sein.

Was passiert nun an einem Ort, wo jeder Form von Sexualität Raum gegeben wird, an dem frei geliebt, gespielt und gevögelt werden kann? Was geschieht, wenn alle Abenteuer genossen, alle Fantasien gelebt, alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt sind?

Das BDSM WINTER RETREAT unternimmt dieses Experiment und wirft alle Gedanken an Leistung über Bord. Es widmet sich dem Spiel und dem Müßiggang und freut sich nur über das gelegentliche Aufbrechen von Kreativität ohne ihr allzu viel Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.

Gibt es dann überhaupt noch den Gedanken an Ergebnisse, den Wunsch nach Ausdruck, die Lust auf Schöpfung? Oder nur satte Zufriedenheit?

Oder lösen sich Kreativität und Sex an einem solchen Ort gleichermaßen ineinander auf? Werden sie zu einem Tanz der sich im Augenblick seiner Aufführung selbst konsumiert, ohne greifbare Spuren zu hinterlassen? Spürbar nur noch im Gedächtnis der Körper?

Es heißt BDSM WINTER RETREAT, da Erfahrung mit oder Interesse an BDSM ein gemeinsamer Nenner der TeilnehmerInnen ist. Die Initierten wissen, dass BDSM ein weites Feld ist, eine Spielwiese auf der vieles Platz hat. Für Neulinge gilt es, dies zu entdecken. BDSM schafft einen gemeinsamen Kommunikationsmodus. BDSM bedeutet eine Einladung die Mittel sexueller Interaktion zu diversifizieren und den Begriff zu erweitern; Geschlechterrollen aufzuweichen, sexuelle und andere Identitäten zu riskieren, Beziehungsschemata aufzubrechen, Gefühle zu begreifen und sexuelles Spiel neu zu definieren. BDSM bietet ein Reservoir an Ideen und Instrumenten für einen kreativen, tiefgängigen aber auch humorvollen Umgang mit Sexualität.

Dies bedeutet nicht, daß Erfahrungen aus anderen Bereichen nicht gefragt sind. Im Gegenteil, jedes Wissen über Körper, Geist und Seele ist willkommen. Die unterschiedlichsten Körperpraktiken und Techniken haben im BDSM WINTER RETREAT ihren Platz. Tanz, Musik, Zen, Yoga, Heilungswissen und vieles andere mehr. Jede Technik, jede Inspirationsquelle ist geeignet, das Retreat reicher zu machen.

Das BDSM WINTER RETREAT versucht jeder/m Teilnehmer/in eine möglichst individuelle Zeiteinteilung zu erlauben, zugleich aber dem Wunsch nach gemeinsamen Aktionen Rechnung zu tragen.

Es gibt eine minimale Struktur von zwei täglichen Mahlzeiten, sowie einem Atem- oder Körpertraining am Morgen. Das Training dient als Möglichkeit zur Erdung und Lüftung der Teilnehmer und bietet Gelegenheit zu körperlicher Aktivität in der Gruppe. Der sonstige Ablauf ist nicht vorgegeben, sondern wird von Tag zu Tag aus den Bedürfnissen der Teilnehmer heraus entwickelt. So hat jede teilnehmende Person die Möglichkeit Aktionen, Szenarien, Sessions, Experimente oder Workshops, Interessengruppen oder Gesprächsrunden vorzuschlagen und an zu leiten. Es gibt natürlich auch keinen Zwang an irgendetwas teilzunehmen.

Das RETREAT findet in einem Haus im Riesengebirge inmitten wunderbarer Natur statt. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für ca. 20 Personen, es gibt einen grossen Saal für gemeinsame Aktionen, verschiedene Wohn-, Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräume, ein grosses Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin, eventuell eine Schwitzhütte auf dem Hügel hinter dem Haus.

Die TeilnehmerInnen des RETREATS sind meist eine internationale Meute, überwiegend aus dem engeren Umfeld der schwelle7, wir laden aber auch jedes Jahr einige neue Gesichter dazu ein.

We - Nicola and Matthias - are organizing a BDSM WINTER RETREAT around chrismas in a beautiful country house in Poland, in the mountains at the czech-polnish border (Riesengebirge). 
It is a fantastic place to spend ten days with a bunch of intelligent, playful, kinky people. To talk, relax, sleep long, go for walks and of course to play, experiment and create. There will be some organized classes on body work, Yoga and BDSM, but mostly lots of time and space to try out and explore. The athmosphere is relaxed and familial - due to the season. The house has several sleeping and bath rooms for a total of 20 people, there are two big living rooms with open chimneys and a beautiful dance and play space. Costs are very moderate

Sex and Creativity. Creativity and Sex.

Sex and Creativity have many things in common. Both have a great deal to do with play. With risk and adventure. Both do not need purpose nor goal, both are self complying within the pleasure of sensual activity. They can, but they do not have to be productive.

What happens in a place, where there is space for every form of sexual activity, where love-making, sex and play are freely permitted. What comes next, after all fantasies have been realized, all desires fulfilled, all needs accomplished?

The BDSM WINTER RETREAT undertakes this adventure and leaves all ideas of achievement behind. It is dedicated to play and leisure. It takes pleasure in generating occasional outbursts of creativity, without paying much attention.

Will there be still the thought of results, the wish for expression, the desire to create? Or just luscious contentment?

Or may creativity and sex fuse into each other, become one? Become a dance that is consuming itself while being performed, without leaving any traces? Just resonating in the bodies of the performers? Detectible only in the smile of the dancers?

It is called BDSM WINTER RETREAT, as experience with, or interest in BDSM provides a common ground for the participants. The one initiated knows, that BDSM is a vast field, a play ground that offers space for many forms of expression. The newbie wishes to explore this abundance. BDSM provides a common code of communication. BDSM is an invitation to widen the means of sexual interaction and to expand the meaning of the term. To soften up gender roles, to question sexual and other identities, to break up relation routines, to stir up and understand emotions, to redefine sex. BDSM supplies the curious with ideas and instruments for a deeply creative ( and as well humorous ) exploration of sexuality.

This does not mean that experiences from other fields are not requested. All the contrary: Any knowledge about body, mind or soul is welcome. The most diverse practices and techniques can add to the richness of activities at the BDSM WINTER RETREAT. Dance, Music, Zen, Yoga, Philosophy and Healing are just a few possibilities that may enhance and intensify the experience.

The BDSM WINTER RETREAT tries to provide a most individual timing for everyone and nonetheless allow group activities.

Usually there is a minimal structure of two daily meals, and an optional breath or movement class every morning. The class offers the opportunity to ground and air yourself and to connect to the group. Everything else is not planned, but develops from day to day, according to the wishes and needs of the participants. There is no structure, unless it is wanted. Everyone has the possibility to propose and facilitate actions and activities, scenarios or sessions, themes, interest groups, classes, experiments or workshops. Naturally there is no obligation to participate in anything.

The RETREAT takes place in a country house in the polnish Riesengebirge (the mountain chain at the polnish-czech border), in the midst of a spectacular nature. There is enough room for about 20 people. The house has a big studio for group activities, diverse sleeping and living rooms, a big dining room with an open chimney and eventually a sweat lodge on the hill behind the house.

The participants of the RETREAT are an international crowd, mostly friends and members of the schwelle network, but each year we also invite some new faces.
