R.A.C.K – A Weekend with Caritia

I invite the seekers among you to enjoy a weekend workshop of self-discovery with me at Schwelle7.

Within each of us there resides the need to fulfil our individual desires and fantasies. Most of us are merely content to dream, living out these desires only within the confines of our own minds. It is only fear that prevents us from shifting these desires from mere fantasy into our reality. Fear of the unknown, of our own hidden power, and the judgement of others.

Power, submission, surrender, domination, control and obedience. These are aspects are fundamental to each of us, and form the basic elements of the various relationships within our society.

The need to serve and be served resides within us all. Yet many of us lock these desires away thinking they are shameful or represent the "darker" aspects of our nature and should be resisted.
When we learn to give light to these desires we provide ourselves with new ways to play, love and explore. Not only for ourselves, but with those we choose to bring closer.  My workshops are based on the exploration and discovery of self through the methods and techniques of BDSM play. This will be explored within a safe and consensual framework playing with different forms of a power exchange within a sexual and non-sexual context.
By pushing our personal boundaries we endeavour to tune into a new level of self-awareness leading to a renewed and expanded ability to trust in both ourselves and our partners.

As all my workshops, this weekend will be held in a space of love, compassion and respect. Transforming what is perceived as forbidden, negative or limited into a creative landscape of ideas and possibilities.

Note for Participants: Please bring a towel, a pen and note pad, an open mind, and conscious vision. You are encouraged (but not obligated) to bring your preferred outfit, or anything that helps  you feel your preferred role and enhances your personal comfort and confidence.

 During the course of this workshop we will explore the protocols and basic ground rules of BDSM practice using the concept of R.A.C.K – Risk Aware Consensual Kink – “Risk-aware consensual kink (RACK) is an acronym used by some of the BDSM community to describe a philosophical view that is generally permissive of certain risky sexual behaviors, as long as the participants are fully aware of the risks. Caritia is a wildly exotic, London born BDSM coach of Caribbean descent who has been an active member of the Fetish, Kink, BDSM and alternative community for over 15 years.
