WORKSHOP IN ENGLISH!
Seile herstellen und ausbessern Rope Production and Repair Montag, 30. Januar bis Freitag, 3. Februar 2012 täglich 12-18 Uhr Monday - Friday, January, 30 - February, 3 , 2012, daily from 12-6pm Bondage und Klingen Bondage and Blades Freitag, 3. Februar bis Sonntag, 5. Februar 2012/ Fr 19-22Uhr / Sa & So 12-18 Uhr Friday, Saturday & Sunday, February, 3 - 5 , 2012, FRI 7pm-10pm / Sat & Sun 12-6pm Production (Mon - Fri) Rope-making is easy and fun! If you don't have a large rope budget, you will be shown how to make your own rope at a minimal cost. You can also use those skills to create your ideal rope if you can't find it in any shop. Besides the economic aspect we believe that a deeper understanding of the material you actually work and play with will profoundly enhance your skills as a rigger. We plan to produce a complete set of Jute Rope (8 lenghts of 8m) for each participantto take home at the end of the workshop. The price of the basic fibre is included in the workshop fee. repair (Mon - Fri) What can you do if your favourite rope is damaged?  What if you don't find the type of rope you're looking for? We'll have a look at the different options: evaluation of the rope, type of repair needed, equipment required, etc. and you'll be guided through the simple steps of rope-repair. In the frame of the workshop we will also reserve some time on repairing your old and damaged rope. In the evenings the space will be open for rope practice and exchange -------------------------------------------------- Bondage and Blades (Fri / Sat /Sun) Knife play offers a wide range of experiences, from soft and sensual to intense and demanding, both physically and psychologically. Combining it with rope, and particularly suspension, increases the pleasure element, as well as the risk factor. She works with male and female partners ad has been performing at major events such as - Absolute Kink, Wasteland, Ball Bizarre, Boudoir Bizarre (Amsterdam) - Kinkfest, Rubber BAll, LAM, Lucha Britannia, Bizarre Ball (London) - Nuit Démonia ( Paris) She took part in projects conceived by Berlin Choreographer Felix Ruckert in 2008, and has since been working on projects with performers from various disciplines. She is currently working on blending her signtaure self-suspensions with an approach to movement which finds its roots in taqijiquan and butoh principles. Seile zu machen ist einfach und macht Spaß! Wenn du kein großes Budget für Seile übrig hast, kannst du hier lernen, wie du dir deine eigenen Seile für wenig Geld herstellst. Du kannst mit dem was du hier lernst auch deine eigenen Spezialseile herstellen, die du in keinem Geschäft finden wirst. Neben dem wirtschaftlichen Aspekt glauben wir, dass dir ein tieferes Verständnis des Materials, mit dem du arbeitest und spielst, deine Fähigkeiten als Rigger um ein wesentliches erweitern wird. Wir haben vor, ein vollständiges Set Juteseile herzustellen (8 Seile a 8m), die sich jeder Teilnehmer am Ende des Workshops mit nach Hause nehmen kann. Was kannst du tun, wenn dein Lieblingsseil beschädigt ist? Was, wenn du ein bestimmtes Seil nach dem du suchst, nirgendwo finden kannst? Wir werden euch unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten zeigen: Von der Bewertung des Seils über die Frage, welche Art der Ausbesserung gebraucht wird oder welches Equipment dafür notwendig ist usw. und euch somit durch die einfachen Schritte der Seilausbesserung führen. Im Rahmen des Workshops werden wir uns auch Zeit nehmen eure alten und abgenutzten Seile auszubessern. An den Abenden wird es Raum geben, die Seile auszuprobieren und sich auszutauschen. -------------------------------------------------- Bondage und Klingen (Fr / Sa /So)
Messerspiele bieten eine breite Palette an Erfahrungen, sowohl auf physischer wie auf psychischer Ebene. Von sanft und sinnlich zu intensiv und fordernd. Es mit dem Seil zu kombinieren, und teilweise mit Suspension, erhöht sowohl den Genuss wie auch das Risiko. Dieser Workshop wird sich beiden Themen widmen und durch die Vorstellung diverser Techniken und Tools zu neuen Wegen des sicheren Spiels anregen. Momentan verfeinert sie ihre Note mit Selbst-Suspensions, die sich an Bewegungen orientieren, die ihre Wurzeln im Tai-Chi und Butoh haben.
