berliner kinky unkonferenz Summer Edition Eine Unkonferenz bricht mit dem Konzept der traditionellen Workshops. Es gibt kein fest geplantes Programm, keine vorgegebenen Themen, keine eingeladenen Lehrer, nicht mal eine Einteilung in Lehrende und Lernende – wir ersetzen das mit Leidenschaft, Begeisterung, Kreativität und viel Interaktion. Bei der Unkonferenz entsteht das Programm aus dem Kreis der Teilnehmer. Unser Thema des Wochenendes ist Kink, was genau das bedeutet, das bestimmen wir alle. Jeder kann ein Thema vorschlagen. Das kann etwas sein in dem du Experte bist und das du gerne mit allen teilen möchtest. Es kann etwas sein, das dich interessiert und das du gerne mit anderen probieren möchtest. Es kann auch etwas sein das du gerne mit anderen diskutieren möchtest. Die einzige Bedingung ist, dass du an dem Thema interessiert bist. Aus all diesen Vorschlägen entsteht unser einzigartiges Programm für die Unkonferenz. Die Teilnehmer besuchen die ausgeschriebenen Events nach Lust und Laune. Wie genau diese Events ablaufen, hängt von den mitmachenden Menschen ab; es können Lehrer/Schüler Vortragssituationen, Workshops, Erfahrungsaustausch oder Diskussionen entstehen. Schlüssel hierzu ist die „Regel der zwei Füße“, die Freiheit einfach zu gehen. Solltest Du Dich zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt in einer Situation wieder finden in der Du weder etwas dazulernen, noch beitragen kannst: Verabschiede Dich höflich und dann geh und tu etwas, das für dich sinnvoll ist. Die Verantwortung liegt bei Dir. Jeder einzelne der anwesenden Menschen ist zum richtigen Zeitpunkt am richtigen Ort, die anwesende Gruppe hat die ideale Größe und Zusammensetzung. Weder ist missionieren nötig, noch musst Du zertifizierter Guru sein um Dein Wissen, Deine Leidenschaften, mit anderen zu teilen.
 Die drei letzten kinky Unkonferenzen in Berlin (plus viele andere sowohl national als auch international) beweisen, wie gut das Konzept funktioniert. Wir hatten in Berlin jeweils fast doppelt so viele vorgeschlagene Klassen wie wir an einem Tag schaffen konnten. Die Unkonferenz beginnt Samstagmorgen um 10 Uhr mit dem Eröffnungskreis. Hier entsteht das Programm, also solltet ihr versuchen pünktlich zu kommen. Die Workshops gehen bis 18:30 Uhr. Am Abend haben wir ab 21 Uhr eine Play-Party. Diese ist nur für Teilnehmer der Unkonferenz geöffnet damit wir die Atmosphäre des Tages erhalten. Hier gibt es viel Gelegenheit das am Tag gelernte mit neuen oder alten Freunden in die Praxis umzusetzen. Sonntagmorgen gibt es ein gemeinsames Frühstück als Abschluss für die gemeinsame Erfahrung. --------------------------------------------- berlin kinky unconference Summer Edition An unconference breaks with the traditional workshop concept. There is no preplanned program, no preselected topics, no invited teachers, there isn’t even a distinction between teacher and participant – all this is replaced by enthusiasm, passion, creativity and a lot of interaction At an unconference all participants develop the program together. The theme of the weekend will be kink – what that means that is part of what we will explore. Everyone can propose a topic. That might be something you are an expert in and that you would like to share with others. It might be something you are interested in and that you would like to try with others. It can also be something that you would like to discuss with others. The only requirement is that you have to be passionate about the topic. Out all these proposals we create our unique program for the unconference. The participants decide freely which of the proposed events the want to attend. What exactly happens during an event depends on those attending. It might be a traditional class with a teacher, a workshop, a skill share or a discussion. The key is the “rule of the two feet” – if at any point you feel that you cannot learn anything new, you feel bored and you don’t want to add anything just get to your feet and leave. Go somewhere, where it is more interesting for you. The responsibility is yours. Every one of the participants is at the right time at the right place. Every group has the right size and the right mix of people. You don’t have to convince any one or have to be a certified guru – your passion is all that is required to share your knowledge with others. All three of the last unconferences in Berlin (and many more nationally as well as internationally) are proof that the concept works. In Berlin we always had about twice as many classes proposed as we could fit in a day. The unconference starts Saturday morning at 10am with an opening circle. That is the moment we create our program, so you should try to be on time. The events continue until 18:30. In the evening we have a play party starting at 21:00. To carry the atmosphere into the evening the party is only for participants of the unconference. Here you have the opportunity to practice all that you‘ve learned during the day with old and new friends. Sunday morning we close our common experience with a breakfast for all participants.
